This is how the Racer was found hanging in a garage in Empire California. It was there for thirty years.

Maytag Racer after Restoration finished 1992.

The Racer can be seen in the Clarence Smidt Museum in Ripon California.

This is the power plant which is model 92, it had a top speed of 8 mph.

One of the very first Maytag motors was a upright like this made around 1915.

Model 82 made between 1922 and 1927. Shown with long base fuel tank also came with a short base.
